Merrily We Roll Along – to Camp Duncan!

This annual educational experience, a tradition beginning in the late 1970’s, early 80’s, as the vision of a Washington teacher who wanted to give her students a taste of what could be learned hands-on in the outdoors, has once again been a huge success for MG kids. The two day event was jam packed with team building activities, boating, archery, animal and insect discovery, a night hike, s’mores and singing (and maybe a bit of sleep!) It is not surprising that as the buses rolled back in on Friday afternoon, the faces of the returning students beamed. One student exclaimed, “I’m so tired, but I had a blast!”
