Snap Codes
Snap Codes for online registration are sent out to each family by March 1st. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar at (847) 949-2700 ext. 2014.

Requirements
All current students must register in the spring for the next school year. Registration and proof of residency are due by May 1st. Payment is due by August 1st.

Transfers to New Schools
Please notify your current school at least a week in advance if your child is to be transferred from District 75 to another school district. We will prepare a transfer after determining that all fees have been paid and all books returned. You may then pick up the transfer on your child's last day of attendance. Student records will be forwarded to the new school upon request.

Health Examinations:
 
Physical examinations are required for entry to school: 
  • Entering the State of Illinois for the first time at any grade level
  • Entering pre-school, kindergarten, 6th grade or 9th grade 
 
Dental examinations are required for entry to school:
  • Entering the State of Illinois for the first time at any grade level
  • Entering kindergarten, 2nd grade, or 6th grade  
 
Eye examinations are required for entry to school:
  • Entering the State of Illinois for the first time at any grade level
  • Entering kindergarten
